Threading unit GS50

The GS50 series is in its construction similar to the B050 series of drilling units. Accordingly, the mounting elements of the B050 can also be used for the GS50.
These units are suitable for threading in plastic, aluminum and steel.
The tool tension in the GS50 is via threading chuck type "WFLK".
The spindle is driven by an electric motor via toothed belt drive. The gear ratio is 2:1; other ratios on demand. The speed can be controlled by frequency converter.
The thread is guided by a changeable leading spindle with the corresponding screw pitch. The thread depth is adjustable by a scaled screw. The maximum depth of threads is 60 mm.
The threadind return is effected by reverse rotation of the drive motor. It is controlled by a sensor. In the end position a further sensor changes the rotation direction of the motor.
The threading unit can be integrated into the control of your machine.
Note: The motors are designed for the use with a frequency converter.
